Everyone who has experienced life has, inevitably, experienced some sort of negativity in any form. Whether it be a negative experience, a negative surrounding, or even just negative people. Sadly, in this life we are surrounded by negativity; sometimes it is hidden to us, and other times it’s in our own hearts. Negativity is present, and always will be. This negativity isn’t permanent and should not be mistaken as. In certain situations, people tend to allow this negativity to fester in their lives’, whether it be because of a close friend, a boyfriend, a boss, or even your blooded family.  

This consent towards any form of negativity is very common. We allow this negativity in our life for many reasons, whether it be to keep people in our lives, to satisfy, use, and many other personal reasons. To many people, life wouldn’t be the same if this wasn’t an occurrence. Some are anxious to get rid of it, while others are scared for it to leave because they don’t want to be alone. Whatever the case might be, the only way for negativity to no longer have a hold of your life is to make change.  

Every single individual oppressed by negativity has potential to make change in their life, some might be easier than others, but that’s not the point. To shift from negativity to positivity you must make change. No matter how hard or far way this goal for us seems to be, it is achievable. You are the only one keeping yourself from enlightenment.
